A +$100 cooler should not have fans this poorly made, especially when they are designed specifically to interface with the software. Subscribe!. I also rarely have the issue where link shows 0 for the fans but a reboot corrects that. If everything is seated/connected and a stock cooler works id have them replace your H100i either via the retailer you bought it from or via corsair. I think my H80i has a 5 year warranty. If everything is plugged in make sure to set your mobo fan curve to 100% all the time, the h100i v2 needs this power, and the fan speed will change (it wont be 100% all the time), as programmed.
